Founded in Shanghai in 2019, REV is a sports-protection brand specializing in helmets, goggles, gloves, and protective gear. With over 15 years of helmet R&D and manufacturing experience, we distribute through official online channels and a nationwide network of dealers. REV serves 100+ cities through 200+ partners. Our products are also available in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and China.

Engineering decisions are grounded in verifiable data on impact and rotational energy management, fit stability, optical clarity and anti-fog performance, and thermal control—while also emphasizing user-perceivable values such as ease of use and maintenance, accessory integration, and durable lightness.

We are data-driven and user-centered, systematically mapping the variables that influence safety and user experience to advance a verifiable R&D process. Led by our in-house engineering and testing teams—and in collaboration with external experts and partners—REV Lab conducts repeated validation and optimization before mass production.

Real-world feedback powers our product evolution. User fit reports, crash cases, athlete testing in diverse environments, and channel QA data all inform design and manufacturing decisions. We close the loop rapidly through engineering updates, batch optimization, supply-chain coordination, and production monitoring—tracking progress with indicators such as fewer stability-related complaints, higher visibility and anti-fog ratings, improved comfort scores, and better assembly yields.

2009

Entering the sports helmet industry by developing bicycle helmets for European clients, marking the beginning of our journey.

2011

Expanded globally, designing and producing helmets for clients in Europe, the United States, Japan, New Zealand, and beyond, gaining extensive international experience.

2019

The REV brand was officially established. Partnering with professional skiers, we launched our first-generation snow helmets, stepping into the world of snow sports.

2020

Developed the F3 Series MIPS helmets, tailored for Asian head shapes, along with P2 snow goggles. Sales expanded to both the Chinese and Japanese markets.

2021

Opened offline brand stores in major cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Xi’an, enhancing customer experience and building stronger brand presence.

2022.01

Entered the North American market, taking an important step toward global expansion.

2022.02

Signed top-level sponsored athletes. REV helmets debuted at the Beijing Winter Olympics, helping the Chinese team achieve its best-ever result in snowboard history.

Launched official flagship stores on Tmall and JD.com, fully expanding into online retail.

2022.11

After 18 months of dedicated R&D, introduced the all-new ZINAX-F5 Series MIPS helmets, delivering higher levels of protection and performance.

2023

Exhibited at ISPO Beijing, one of Asia’s largest outdoor gear shows, and joined ISPO Shanghai later that year, strengthening industry collaborations.

2024

After 16 months of refinement, launched the next-generation A6 snow helmet featuring KOROYD® global leading safety technology, setting a new benchmark in protection and innovation.
