We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
That’s why we offer a 15-day return and exchange service for products purchased directly from www.rev-sports.com.

Please review the following terms carefully.

Scope

This policy applies only to purchases made through the official REV website.
If you purchased through an authorized distributor or third-party platform, please contact the original seller directly for assistance.

Eligibility

• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days  of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, in brand-new condition, clean, and returned with original packaging, tags, and all included accessories.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

• The item has been used, worn, or shows visible signs of wear.

• The item has been damaged through improper use (e.g., impact, scratches, or modifications).

• The item was customized or marked as non-returnable.

• The request is submitted after the eligibility period.

Process

1. Contact Us
   Email support@rev-sports.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos or videos if applicable.

2. Approval & Instructions
   Our team will review your request and provide the return/exchange address and step-by-step instructions.

3. Return Shipment
   Ship the product using a tracked shipping method. (We strongly recommend keeping your tracking receipt.)

4. After Inspection

   • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

   • Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped promptly; any price difference will be charged or refunded as appropriate.

Shipping & Fees

• Quality-related issues: REV covers all return and reshipping costs.

• Customer-initiated returns/exchanges (e.g., wrong size, personal preference): The customer is responsible for return and reshipping costs.

• All return shipments must be prepaid — cash-on-delivery packages will not be accepted.

• Returns due to non-defective reasons are subject to a 10% restocking fee, calculated based on the product price.

Special Notes

• If your order included a free gift, it must be returned together with the main product.

• Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

• REV reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange matters and to update this policy at any time.
