Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, we only ship within the US and EU.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

 Yes. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order ships.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped from our California warehouse. Delivery takes approximately 4–10 business days after shipment.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Yes. Products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in resale condition. For quality issues, REV covers shipping costs. For non-quality reasons (e.g., size, preference), the customer covers shipping costs.

What warranty does REV provide?

All REV helmets and accessories come with a 1-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

How do I choose the right helmet size?

Please refer strictly to the helmet size chart on the product page. If your head measurement is on the borderline between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a safer and more comfortable fit.
