1. One-Year Limited Warranty

REV provides a free one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
If a product develops a manufacturing or quality defect under normal use (and not caused by accident, misuse, or modification), our service team will evaluate your claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or exchange.

  • REV covers all round-trip shipping costs for approved warranty cases.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

  • Warranty applies only to products purchased through the official REV store or authorized dealers.


2. Member Exclusive Benefits

Free Replacement Headliner

As a registered REV member, if your helmet liner shows signs of aging or wear under normal use, you are entitled to one free replacement inner liner per order.

  • The liner itself is free — you only pay the shipping cost.

  • Additional liners can be purchased through the official REV online store.


Free Spare Parts Replacement

If original helmet components such as adjusters, straps, or buckles are damaged during normal use, REV members are entitled to free spare part replacements.

  • Replacement parts are free — you only pay for shipping.

  • Our support team will provide installation guidance and product care tips.


3. Professional Repair & Care

Professional Repair

If your helmet sustains damage that can be safely repaired, you may send it back to REV for paid professional repair services after evaluation.
Our technicians will assess the condition and provide an estimated repair cost before proceeding.


Care Recommendations

  • After Impact:
    If your helmet has experienced a significant impact, even without visible damage, its protective ability may be compromised.
    → We strongly recommend replacing it immediately.

  • Regular Replacement:
    Helmet materials naturally age over time, especially with UV exposure.
    For safety, REV recommends replacing your helmet every 3 years.


4. Returns & Exchanges

7-Day Unconditional Return

Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt if resale condition is not affected.

  • For non-quality issues, customers cover the round-trip shipping costs.

  • For quality issues, REV covers all related shipping fees.


Return Conditions

  • Packaging must be complete and undamaged, with no product scratches, stains, or signs of wear.

  • All hangtags must remain attached, and the original product box must not be damaged.

  • Do not affix shipping labels or tape directly onto the product box; use an outer carton for return shipping.

  • Returns that affect resale condition may be rejected.


5. Color Disclaimer

  • REV reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty, return, and exchange requests.
